Tools & Strategies to Support Social Emotional Learning
On February 22, 2017 Talent Development Secondary presented a live Q&A webinar on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) co-hosted by Johns Hopkins University researchers Dr. Robert Balfanz, Ph.D and Johann Liljengren.
The webinar explored the actions that promote student success, the five tools of successful students, and the social emotional skills necessary for students to be successful in school. Johann Liljengren reviewed how TDS’s courses, Mastering the Middle Grades and Freshman Seminar help build students’ academic and social emotional skills.
